Suitable individuals or corporations are granted a "Prime License" for the country concerned which enables them to operate a contracting business in their own right as well as selling Licenses to Licensed Operators.
We continue the theme of not charging franchise fees, being happy to rely on our income from the supply of specialised ULTRA GLAZE materials.
As part of our `Establishment Package', we provide training in Canberra in all aspects of the Process over a two week period with a 90% hands-on bias. In fact, we will extend training if necessary until we are satisfied that the trainee can return to his own country and carry out commercially acceptable work from Day 1.
We also undertake to visit, at our own expense, the country in question two or three months after the trainee has begun operations to carry out follow-up training. This ensures that the quality of the work is acceptable and that no `bad habits' have crept in!
Furthermore, we will provide a full and complete inventory of materials and equipment to ensure that work can commence immediately the goods have cleared Customs. In all instances we are happy to assist in identifying local equivalents of the day-to-day general materials and equipment requirements to reduce the reliance on imported goods.
